Rokkikauppa is committed to following the rules and principles governing mail order and e-commerce set forth by Suomen Suoramarkkinointiliitto ry (SSML) and all Finnish laws governing the consumer trade.
Products and prices
Prices include VAT and are displayed along with the product descriptions. Delivery fees are added before payment at checkout. Prices are subject to change without further notice.
Delivery method and prices
Postage and delivery costs depend on the size and weight of the order as well as the location of delivery. The only payment method available outside Finland is PayPal, although PayPal offers the possibility to pay with credit card if you don't have a PayPal account. Cash on delivery is not available outside Finland.
Delivery time
Orders are packed and sent within a week from the date of the order. Total delivery time is dependant upon local postal service delivery schedules in each country.
Returns policy
You can return the merchandise, free of charge, within 14 days of delivery. You can open the package and test the merchandise as you would in a regular store, but the merchandise must be unused and unchanged. However, lingerie can NOT be returned.
Reclamations
You have the right to return the merchandise free of charge if it is faulty. If you do find a manufacturing fault, please report it to our e-mail rokkikauppa@rokkikauppa.com and let us know the problem. Any refunded money will be returned after we receive the faulty merchandise.
