DOES ROKKIKAUPPA HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We don't have a regular store. So far, we sell our products only on the internet or at certain events in Finland.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO ORDER?
Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of the package as well as the delivery destination. There is a 2 euro charge for using the PayPal service (or credit cards).

HOW DO I PICK THE RIGHT SIZE?
Sizes (Small, Medium, Large etc) can vary from one manufacturer to another. So, where possible, we supply links to the manufacturers' pages so that you can check out the measurements of the products before you order.
WHY DID I NOT GET A CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER BY E-MAIL?
Sometimes e-mail accounts have spam filters that are so strong they treat the confirmation e-mail as spam. Hotmail accounts are especially problematic. Also, be sure to write your e-mail address correctly while registering, otherwise you will not receive any of our e-mails.
HOW CAN I PAY MY ORDER?
You can pay by using PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, the system will ask you to use that; if you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with MasterCard, American Express or Visa instead.
