Products & Prices

Our prices are VAT inclusive. If you order from outside of the EU the VAT will be deducted automatically within the webshop. The final price of your order is displayed in the final stages of placing your order. Rokkikauppa will make no sur-charges beyond this point. Please be aware that you may need to pay customs at your home country if you are ordering outside of the EU We reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Rokkikauppa.com will sell to customers under the age of 18 provided they have parental consent.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are determined by the size and weight of the item in question. The pricing is in accordance with the tarifs of the Finnish postal service Itella. COD is only available within Finland. This service comes at an additional cost according to the tarifs of Itella. Rokkikauppa.com reserves the right to change the shipping charges. Note: Refused COD deliveries are shipped and returned at our expense. Please do not abuse this service. Itella holds the packages for two weeks before returning them to the sender. Before placing an order it is advisable to make sure you have the opportunity to make the pick up at your local post service within this time frame.

Delivery methods and times

We use Itella (the Finnish Postal Service) for our deliveries. Our weekly shipping days are monday, wednesday and friday. Deviation from this 3 times per week norm is rare and is usually dependent on Finnish national hollidays. Note: If you have registered and placed an order and not received and order confirmation to the e-mail address you have provided do not hesitate to contact us. We ask however that you first check that you have spelled your e-mail address correctly and that your e-mail account has'nt classified our order confirmation as junk mail. These are the two most common problems.

Returning & exchanging goods

In accordance to Finnish Laws of Commerce goods may be returned pending a full refund from within 14 days of receiving goods. Date of reception is determined by postal receipt. If you do not have a receipt - do'nt worry just send us some e-mail and we'll work it out. Returned items must be unused and in sales condition. If you wish to exchange your purchase (eg. to a smaller/larger size) this is possible. Please send us the item you wish to change along with written instructions as to what you wish to be done. Please remember to include your return address. Intimate wear is non-refundable. CD's and music are also non refundable. Itella provides Rokkikauppa.com with a paid-for-customer-return service within the borders of Finland. Unfortunately this service is unavailable elsewhere, so our international customers needs to pay freight upon mailing their returned or exchanghed products. Rokkikauppa.com pays the freight on the exchanged product getting back to you.

Damaged goods

If goods have been damaged in transit when you receive them please contact us through the contacts provided on our web page. (See "contact us" higher up on this same page.) Upon returning the goods please inform us if you wish to receive a replacement for the item(s) or monetary compensation up to the price you paid for the product in question.
